How can I submit claims to HFS?
Paper Claims may be submitted via email at claims@hfsbenefits.com. You can also submit your claims to HFS by faxing them to 410.771.5533 or 888.510.4218 or you can mail to HFS, Attention: Claims Department, 164 Lakefront Drive, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030.
