Job Description
The success of our business lies in our ability to serve our customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by effectively addressing our customer's need. The position will support the satisfaction goals of other departments by providing support to coworkers and clients. They will continually develop professional skills and update knowledge as new regulations are announced. Position requires extensive telephone contact with client employees; requires resourcefulness, a pleasant demeanor, and thorough understanding of Flexible Spending Administration.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of business experience
- Benefits or Flex Processing background helpful
- Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products required
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong focus and commitment to excellent customer service
- Attention to detail required
- Flexibility to work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently with limited supervision
