IRS Announces Medical Mileage Rate of
$0.165 Per Mile for 2010
On Thursday, December 3, 2009, the IRS announced that the automotive mileage rate for obtaining medical care in 2010 will be $0.165 per mile. This is a decrease from the medical mileage rate of $0.24 per mile which is in effect for medical travel in 2009.
